Shipping
We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.
- Standard delivery time is usually 2–5 working days, depending on your city.
- Delivery timelines may vary on weekends, public holidays, or due to courier delays.
- You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message before dispatch.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
- 100% return within 15 days of delivery for change of mind, size, or color issues, as long as the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Defected / wrong product: if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a replacement or return within 30 days of delivery.
- Please keep the original packing, tags, and invoice for a smooth return process.
- For hygiene reasons, used or washed bedding cannot be accepted unless there is a genuine defect.
