Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • 100% return within 15 days of delivery for change of mind, size, or color issues, as long as the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Defected / wrong product: if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a replacement or return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please keep the original packing, tags, and invoice for a smooth return process.
  • For hygiene reasons, used or washed bedding cannot be accepted unless there is a genuine defect.
